We had a really great stay at this hotel. The food was delicious and the overall experience was very comfortable. The staff treated us extremely well and were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lalit and Adarsh for their excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The stay was really nice but the main issue was the parking, I specially confirm about parking before made a booking and staff name Adarsh told me that they have parking but when I reach the hotel there is parking only for 5 to 6 cars. That was so embarrassing that the staff was lying and this much big property have parking for only 6 cars. Thats really a bad thing about the property other all things are really good enjoy my stay but the only concern about the parking and froud staff is doing with the name of parking.

Our stay at lemon tree hotel, Kasauli was very good , We had a wonderful experience, our son has enjoyed a lot in there play zone area and the staff is very good and AADARSH Sir from the staff is an excellent person and the food is so yummy especially for the non-vegetarians.

It was an excellent stay. Location is very beautiful with vally views. Ultimate view of hills from the restaurant. Room & washroom were very neat & clean. Balcony also offers a wow Vally view. Location is very calm. Food quality was very good & taste was ultimate. Staff is very polite & soft spoken. We got good Hospitality from Mr. Vikas Verma General Manager & Mr. Hemant Sales Manager. I would love to visit again with family & highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for peaceful & memorable trip.
