The hallway is leading up to the room was really hot and it smelled really bad and was sticky. You can tell it doesn’t get clean much. The room had a stink bug in it and it had multiple stink bugs on the balcony, which isn’t you know a true problem, but just letting you know in case you get freaked out by bugs the staff were very outgoing and very nice. Nothing bad to say about them. Only provided two pillows though. There was barely any shampoo or conditioner provided it was pretty much empty when I went to use it they told me to come at 3 o’clock to check in and when we came back at 3 o’clock, we had to wait about 40 more minutes, which is not a big deal. there were plates and cups available. The fridge was clean. The countertop was clean. The floors were a little sticky. it was really hot in the room when we first got there, but the AC worked in it cooled it down pretty quickly.

Very nice property and a great value for the price. Room was comfortable as were the beds. There weren’t any glasses in the kitchen, but the kitchen is large with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator. Nice size tv in the living area with a good selection of channels. The balcony overlooks the courtyard which is pretty, but it’s quite noisy with traffic noise as well as air conditioning units. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Here’s a few samples. Trash from previous people. Blood stain under fridge that we discovered after unplugging the fridge since it was making so much noise and maintenance finally came today to fix. Stain on the couch and they told kids we couldn’t get a sheet to cover it because they only give one sheet per bed and no extra pillows because “we aren’t a normal hotel”. We finally got a sheet to cover the sofa. TVs never did work the entire stay and fridge got fixed 2 days before leaving. They never did offer another 2 bedroom unit.

We were told to check in after 3:00. At 3:15 i received a phone call saying the hotel did not have a room for us. If i booked and confirmed a room over a month ago, how do i get a call 15 minutes after im supposed to check in saying no rooms available? So now im over seven hundred miles away from home and i have to scramble to find a new hotel room???

Clean room. I had one very rude staff over the phone, I almost cancelled but the staff in person were amazing! I could tell by their voices that I didn’t meet the lady I was on the phone with.

Would definitely book again.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all,there were no luggage carts available and we had to carry the luggage out by hand.I doubt very seriously I will never stay there again.
