When we got there the presentation of the room was very nice when we walked in,The room seemed clean when we were getting ready to go to our event. We were maybe in the room for like twenty minutes getting ready kinda rushing, We left around 6pm for four or five hours came back to the room around 11:30-12 and the smell in the room was ungodly. Smelled like mold and burnt hair, we ended up feeling so sick from the smell we ckecked out around 12:30am and drove 3 hours home if that tells you anything.
Trying to get a refund right now but the manger wont answer the phone.
On the other hand the team at ******* is helping a 110% and helping me get a refund. They have been nothing but helpful. And i thank them very much.

The breakfast service was horrible! They ran out of almost everything both mornings before 9:30am including coffee!
When this was mentioned to staff, they made no attempt to replenish anything.
Very disappointing when you pay that much for a 2star at best hotel and can’t even get a cup of coffee.

The window was wide open when I got into the room. I went to the bathroom and the hand towel was visibly stained with dirt - I went to throw it in the floor so I wouldn’t have to look at it and this strong smell of urine emanated from the hand and face towels - I mean very strong. I was so shocked. The sheets looked reasonably clean so I used to the pillowcases to dry myself - never again.

Place was very clean and quiet. Only downside they didn’t have vending machines and all the gas stations were about 3miles or more away. It was close to the Gillette Stadium. We took an uber there and it wasn’t expensive.

一切都翻新过了，但质量一般。事实上，我们入住期间酒店正在装修。食物选择也很一般。
经过翻新，非常干净，工作人员非常友好
入住很顺利，工作人员非常有礼貌，乐于助人。我们准备去吃晚饭时，注意到大约有25户人家正在有序地领取预包装餐食。夜间发生了两次火警，一次发生在午夜，一次发生在凌晨4点30分。退房时，我们被告知这个问题一直存在，因为一些长期住客在房间里洗衣服。
