Staff were great everything was great for the most part!! Only thing I was a little bothered by was the tv in our room kept freezing and wasn’t working so we had to keep unplugging it and waiting for it to actually work.

转角海景房视野很好
我特意预订了一间海景房,结果却住进了能看到工地、吵得我睡不着的房间。说好的特大号床也变成了大号床。我这钱花得到底值什么?
从入住到退房,问题接踵而至。首先,房间视野被遮挡(尽管我们预订的是海景房),经理帮忙更换了房间。然而,之后浴室的推拉门坏了,电视也看不了——我们第一晚的所有时间都花在了等维修人员上门修理,而维修人员态度很差,显然并不情愿。
客房服务人员连续两次忘记打扫房间,只是换了毛巾而已。
我们联系了Alex预订钓鱼之旅,他的服务态度非常好,令人印象深刻。早餐还不错,服务员也很棒。酒店位置便利,去海滩很方便。
经理在退房时给了我们一些积分,试图让我们感觉好一些,但这远远不足以弥补我们遇到的所有不便。
抵达劳德代尔堡的AC Marriott Beach酒店时,我满心期待着与家人共度美好时光。然而,接待我们的前台接待员却态度极其恶劣,冷漠无情。我们入住五天期间,还有另外两位前台接待员也同样冷漠无礼,没有任何理由。我曾与另一位接待员沟通,他告诉我他会与负责我们入住的经理沟通。酒店没有就我们进门时受到的恶劣对待向我和我的家人道歉,因此我以后绝不会再入住劳德代尔堡海滩万豪酒店。

糟糕的客户服务,客房清洁无人打扫,地板从未清洗,浴室门关不上。来维修的人很傲慢。打电话的时候,前台也很傲慢。我的房间里的珠宝被偷了。我的信用卡被扣款比账单还多。服务差,体验非常糟糕。
一切都很好,只是建议最后仔细检查一下账单。我被收取了两天的代客泊车费,但我没有车。我要求他们把这笔费用从账单中扣除,他们很顺利地就这么做了,但还是要仔细检查一下。
一切都很好,但因为有很多隐藏费用,所以只给了两星。
