Good hotel very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is perfect for relaxing. The only thing is that is valet parking and the tariff for day is a little expensive.

Upon arriving at the AC Marriott Beach in Fort Lauderdale looking forward to spending a great time with my family. We were greeted with a very rude uninviting front desk agent doing our five day stay there were two other front desk agents that was very cold and rude for no reason I did speak to another agent about our stay. I was told that he would speak to the manager on staff. doing my stay. I did not get an apology me nor my family for how were was treated walking into the hotel so I would never stay at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach ever again

Everything was awesome the staff was great especially the bar tender in the main lobby at night a older gentleman around 48ish lol he was just awesome and the bar tender by pool blond hair thank you it was great

我特意预订了一间海景房，结果却住进了能看到工地、吵得我睡不着的房间。说好的特大号床也变成了大号床。我这钱花得到底值什么？
服务差，隐藏费用。我的珠宝被偷了。
糟糕的客户服务，客房清洁无人打扫，地板从未清洗，浴室门关不上。来维修的人很傲慢。打电话的时候，前台也很傲慢。我的房间里的珠宝被偷了。我的信用卡被扣款比账单还多。服务差，体验非常糟糕。
即使我提出额外付费，他们也不肯让我延迟到下午5点退房。这简直说不通，因为网上显示当晚还有很多空房。不用说，他们损失了生意，因为我们最后在另一家度假村买了一日通行证。他们肯定有个愚蠢的经理，不知道怎么赚钱，或者看起来不想赚钱。
我出城做手术。入住时，他们说他们每天额外扣留 100 英镑作为杂费，如果没有发生任何事情，可以退还 3-5 英镑。原来是用于停车、我永远不会吃的食物和其他一些东西。不知道他们为什么不提前说清楚。手术后的第二天，我凌晨 2 点疼痛醒来，吃了一片强效止痛药，准备回去，却发现我头顶的墙上有一只蜜蜂。我得不到任何帮助。即使我降级房间，也无法换房间。所以要么再付一天的钱，要么吃一片强效止痛药开车回家，要么熬夜，当天退房后更累地开车回家。酒店很漂亮，但最后的经历很糟糕，因为我很累，还要忍受疼痛，这让情况更加恶化。缺乏沟通让我很沮丧。我等了一个多小时二十分钟，被告知有人会来帮忙处理蜜蜂，直到我下楼到前台，她才告诉我……哦，对不起，他们害怕，不敢去了。沟通不畅，已经两次了。没有提供任何解决方案。我只好回家了。海景房很漂亮。
