离地铁站步行15分钟的距离，周围餐饮一般，但门口附近有一家比较火的快餐厅，前台很热情，房间十分的宽敞，景观不错
就在棕榈岛旁边，离skypool和skydive都很近
这是一家非常不错的公寓式酒店。
地理位置极佳：地铁站就在隔壁大楼，朱美拉单轨列车站就在马路对面。
公寓宽敞明亮，有一个大阳台。厨房设施齐全：餐具种类很多，从刀具到各种酒杯应有尽有。清洁方面也做得很好。
前台员工非常友善，还免费给我们升级了房间：我们得到了两卧室公寓，而不是预订的一卧室。我们住在高楼层，可以看到帆船酒店和摩天轮。虽然朱美拉棕榈岛根部的施工有点影响视野，但这当然不是酒店的错，也丝毫不影响酒店的整体体验。
今年我们从阿布扎比到阿治曼，一路游览了阿联酋，入住了很多公寓式酒店。这家是最好的。
室外的环境真的很不错，离棕榈岛观景台很静。床品睡得也很舒服，洗漱用品是马林狗子的，很喜欢这个酒店，各种条件都很棒。
强烈推荐！性价比之王。在阿布扎比的前八天酒店费用都在6000元，还不如Avani。酒店太宽敞了，景观也美，饮用水管够，早饭丰盛、服务及时，游泳池白天人多晚上安静。洗衣机把整个行程大多数衣服都洗掉，真是方便。唯一需要注意的点：自驾客人需要高度关注导航，因为酒店周边交通有点复杂，实测高德反而是最好的。

来迪拜唯一住的酒店，性价比超高，前台给升级了海景套房，两个独立大床房间，厨具一应俱全。就在棕榈岛边上，离skydive非常近，出门30米就是地铁站，交通非常方便。强烈推荐某宝上的阿卡亚玛海马营地冲沙，酒店全程接送，管家式服务，项目丰富。
整个酒店的服务态度，非常的职业。但是我的房间入住之后没有办法使用网络。一直等到第二天才有人来处理并给我更换了房间。 说实话我是不推荐这个酒店的。 同样的钱不如去住凯悦。健身房比这里大两倍。(图片是凯悦的健身房)
但是服务人员的服务态度是非常专业的，这点必须点赞
房间非常干净、新颖。配备了厨房和洗衣机，设施很齐全。前台员工也非常友好。不过，也有一些遗憾的地方，比如走廊里气味有点重，餐食不太令人满意，还有就是半夜隔壁房间的男女声音很大，吵得我睡不好。
这是我第二次住这家酒店。我非常喜欢这里，这次入住体验也一如既往地棒。提前办理了入住，早餐还是一如既往地美味，而且酒店总是打扫得干干净净。由于是公寓式酒店，所以可以自己做饭，房间里洗衣机、炉灶、烤箱、微波炉一应俱全。不过最让我惊喜的是洗衣机，它竟然有60度烘干清洗的功能，这让洗厚衣服变得非常方便，洗得也很干净。
