Parking was perfect. My reason for staying required my early departure. While the food was delicious and the variety was excellent, I was not able to enjoy it as early as I needed to leave. Nothing whatsoever to complain about the breakfast if you have any plans to leave before 7 or 8.
They could have beer a little earlier in the evening.

We checked in a little before 2:00 pm and were charged a $30.00 early check-in fee, which was a first ever for us. We’ve never had this happened at this location before or in any other hotel. The explanation we received was that they had 94 check-outs that day. The room was ready, so I am not sure what the number of check-outs had to do with anything. We were too tired to discuss this further after having been up for over 28 hours, we just wanted to go to sleep, so we ended up agreeing to pay the fee. Not sure, we will be staying in there again for that reason.

The property was fine. Room had good layout/configuration. Rates were way too high for amenities provided at hotel though and the far distance from the Univ of Ark which was the purpose of our visit.

We were given a handicapped room (did not ask for one). The shower needs a longer curtain to prevent the water from getting all over the floor. You have to use half the towels to avoid flooding the room.
