We were given a handicapped room (did not ask for one). The shower needs a longer curtain to prevent the water from getting all over the floor. You have to use half the towels to avoid flooding the room.

Cold tub, but still good
Overall great stay, great breakfast delicious burger at the restaurant.
Sadly the hottub was cold, so while it was one reason I booked the room, I was able to take a hot bath to relax.
Room very clean, will stay there again. Hope the hot tub is fixed by then.

Charged $15 upon check in for “incidentals”.
Advised by staff it was charged in case of my causing damage to the room. What?
Was advised the $15 would be refunded if there were no issues. Now, 24 hours later and 8 hours after leaving the property, the charge is still on my card. I left the room spotless and neatly piled the towels used in front of the shower on the floor out of respect for the cleaning staff. In all my years and all my travels, never had that happen before. Hope I wasn’t too rowdy for them. I’m 66 and partially disabled. Go figure.

The fourth floor had a loud throbbing buzzing noise. The hotel cheerfully moved me to the third floor which is extremely quiet and peaceful. They are working on getting my aviators jacket to me I left by accident.

Nice hotel but for the price you don’t even get the basic room cleaning. $600 for 2 days and they don’t even take trash out or make beds? Mediocre breakfast. Horrible mattresses. Looks beautiful but definitely lacking

This hotel is clean, quiet and staffed with friendly and helpful employees. I will be returning to Fayetteville in the future and will most definitely be staying at the Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale.
