我们叫了客房服务。在打扫房间的时候,番茄酱瓶子显然掉在地上摔破了。我们事先没有收到通知,是女儿被留下的一块玻璃碎片割伤脚后才发现的。仔细检查后,我发现地毯上有几块大玻璃碎片,有些有一英寸长,在发现玻璃碎片附近的踢脚板和地板上也有番茄酱。我把至少六块玻璃碎片放在一个碗里,拿到前台解释了情况。我要求用吸尘器清理地毯,并提到了番茄酱。我们出去的时候,回来时番茄酱还在,地毯上也仍然有玻璃斑点。他们派了一位客房服务人员,她站在我们的房间里打电话,用西班牙语和别人交谈,以为我们听不懂,就告诉他们没有看到任何玻璃碎片(我已经把大块的玻璃碎片捡起来了)。她吸完尘后离开了房间,踢脚板上仍然有番茄酱。整个周末,我至少和6名员工(包括一名经理)谈过,看来只要我道歉并用吸尘器清理地毯,他们就认为问题已经解决了,因为我女儿受伤了。我们被收取了预订的全额费用,然后又被额外收取了停车费,尽管停车费包含在*******的预订中。结果,我女儿因为员工的疏忽受伤了,我们被多收了150美元,现在我得争取退款了。以后不会再来了。
