逃跑！！！提供的别墅很脏，清洁工作还有待提高。我们在床底下发现了空水瓶和烟头，毛巾被弄脏了，家具没有清理等等......我们还在我们的浴缸里发现了一只老鼠！我们真的很震惊地发现在这样的条件下还能欢迎顾客。唯一的优点是住宿所在的区域。
在这家酒店住得很愉快。房间安静安全，他们总是按要求打扫。然而，浴室需要深度清洁，清除水龙头上的污垢。虽然木床很舒服，而且是特大号床，但噪音很大，每次移动或翻身都会发出吱吱声。厨房里也有一股怪味，更像是“久用”的味道。其中一间房间还有一股淡淡的霉味，但房间里没有霉菌。不过，他们态度很好，我们也很享受拥有自己的私人泳池。我们一家四口，包括两个十几岁的孩子，在酒店住了五个晚上，非常愉快。离商店不远，但需要乘坐Go-Jek大约7分钟才能到达水明漾广场，这完全没问题，因为附近有很多餐馆、酒吧和杂货店，就在车道的尽头。总的来说，我们在这家酒店住得很愉快。
从我们入住的那一刻起，这家别墅就存在很多问题。我们提前到了，要求寄存行李直到入住时间。结果行李就一直放在接待处，直到我们三个小时后才回来。
别墅内，通往室外区域的门关不严，淋浴间/浴室脏兮兮的，马桶也很脏，尤其是马桶座后面，淋浴间/水槽的排水也很不畅。刮胡子或洗澡都很困难！
我们整个入住期间都没用别墅的泳池，因为水泵坏了，导致泳池水面上覆盖着一层水膜，池底也积满了污垢。室外平台也损坏了，这意味着我们在入住期间甚至无法享受室外区域。
别墅内一直存在蚂蚁问题，以至于在我们入住期间一直没有打扫的房间里堆积了大量死蚂蚁。
退房时，一位年轻的员工陪我们参观了别墅。当我们讨论这些问题时，他茫然地看着我们。然后，他检查了别墅里的每一台电视，确保它们仍然连接着电视，而且在退房时，他似乎对其他任何事情都不感兴趣。
我们通过*******获得了这处房产的优惠，但与交易前的实际报价相比，“优惠”可能更能反映房产的标准。我们的旅行以非常令人失望的结局告终。
