蜜月升级了房型真的有赚到!!!酒店管家服务超好,每天minibar都有新口味的饮品。环境超赞还看到了好多猴子,餐厅也很好吃!巴厘岛最最最最喜欢的酒店没有之一
如果你想来乌布地区度假,追求安静舒适的环境,就来这里吧。抛开个人的一些习惯问题,这家酒店的位置相当不错,景色也很大气,SPA手法舒服。服务上有一些小问题,但他们夜班的员工Hendra态度很好。尤其是在和Amandari安缦黛宁对比后,更感觉COMO虽然存在一些问题,但至少真诚地对待客人,下次我还是将这家风景卓著的酒店推荐给我的朋友和家人。
房间非常差,建议不要入住自讨苦吃。房间非常老,房间晚上特别阴森,环境极差。很多蚊虫,设施老旧,备品极差。
更可笑的是主卧的阳台门锁是坏的,半夜三点开始有动物撞门,朋友一整晚都没有休息好。幸好提前发现叫师傅来修门,等了四十分钟修门师傅才过来。
有很大的安全隐患,淋雨全在室外,晚上也没有灯,一整晚都在担惊受怕,所有人都没有休息好。
管家服务差劲,酒店不提供充电器,想借一个直接说不提供此服务。很难想象这么偏远的酒店一晚一万五。住过很多酒店,第一次写着么长的评论,劝退同胞们,千万别来受罪😓
这个价格至少como不值、服务很差、当晚喝的饮料、第二天不给你扔掉换新的、竟然还放在冰箱里、热带地方,水果汁能不馊吗?很差…这酒店大可不必住…
环境真的很不错,置身于jungle中。服务其实也不错,有私人管家,但不能说很好很贴心就还过得去。有些细节满意,有些细节会让人失望,比如我们在阳台的沙发/桌椅在前一晚就被盖毯封起来了,但第二天才退房,还有一个上午的时间,但就是无法使用了,所以不明白此举是什么用意。但也准备了生日的花花,包括退房时,工作人员也都很热情欢送。环境大于一切,还是挺好的体验。
这里的自然风光真是令人惊叹。
这是我第一次住森林度假村,它和海边度假有不同的魅力。
工作人员很友善,设施古典雅致,同时又干净现代。
美味健康的食物让这里更加出彩。
下次有机会的话,我一定会再来的。
卫生:
不去扣细节还是没有任何问题的,毕竟是野奢酒店,我说的细节类似于,在洗手台发现金色头发,就还是有卫生盲区。
环境:
山里,应该算是在一个山头上吗?酒店自带徒步路线(1hr)和spring pool,总之环境非常棒,在这只想加快呼吸频率哈哈哈。离ubud市区大概30分钟车程。
服务:
要给1000分,每一位员工都很专业。这个星级的酒店服务魅力在于他们会提前为你多想一步,且为你安排好。在这里扔掉脑袋就好了,会被照顾的好好的。比如下雨从餐厅回房间,会默认为你安排好球车接送,你步行到上车点,车就已经在等你了,一秒都不带耽误的。也感谢管家zara, 我总说她像魔法小精灵一样在我们最需要的时候闪现在我们身边。
设施:
酒店分为不同area,每一area里面大概是5间房,有共享的区域(泳池,客厅休息室等等)。还有spa,恒温泳池,两家主打有机概念的餐厅。 早餐非常好吃,因为什么都敌不上新鲜健康的食材!staff也一直关心有没有睡好,有没有吃好,贯彻落实康养理念,比如有没有cheese的cheesecake. 每日有不同的课程可以参与,记得提前报名。
唯一一点建议,希望可以考虑换个shower head,或者加个花洒。shower head出水较小,且水流不集中,洗长头发有些郁闷。

环境真的太好了!
环境是非常好的,而且是管家服务,图片里是我们的管家小哥,能帮助我闷解决所有问题(甚至开着小车带我们去附近小卖部采购)。
有一点很难评……就是因为在山里,虫实在太多,回去就过敏了……
森林的环境不错也精致,酒店服务也不错有专门的管家。只不过需要走上走下和蚊虫多一点。但感觉性价比不算太高。
