This was my third time staying at Solis and I can't say enough good things about the apartments here! They are clean, sleek and spacious. I love taking baths in their deep bath tubs and it is always fun to hang out on the roof with coffee or a glass of wine. Eltana one street down has the best bagels in Seattle and there is a Trader Joes within walking distance. I also love Momiji, Skillet and Unicorn. Great location, great amenities, busy neighborhood - still quiet in the rooms although you may here music from the club late nights on the weekend depending how close you are to Pike st. (Chop Suey is a block away). I highly recommend this spot for a stay in Seattle.

Excellent location in one of my favorite neighborhoods. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and nightlife. Quick light rail ride and walk to downtown. Our apartment was really nice, modern and clean. Amazing views of the city and Mt Rainier on sunny days! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay on Capitol Hill!

Spent two days for our stay and it was the perfect spot to see Seattle. Public transportation is nearby and the neighborhood had a good supply of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I had a problem with an in unit appliance but Sonder found a solution to keep us in our unit. If visiting on the weekend just know that bars are within ear shot. Ear plugs and white noise machines are provided although we could still feel the bass in the unit but it’s a part of enjoying the area.

We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean and the rooftop view is great! Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Nice to have a bathtub, The location of Solis in Capitol Hill was great for going to Chop Suey for drinks, and breakfasts at Nue and Oddfellows (both excellent).

This was our second time at SOLIS in Seattle. We love it. Very, very convenient and extremely walkable to tons of places. The roof top area is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood has tons of quirky bars and great restaurants , 3 breweries within a 10 minute walk or less. Only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the center of downtown.
