Tthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment.
I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk.

Our room had a full sized refrigerator/freezer. One of us were recovering from surgery so being able to prepare meals was crucial.

Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. Very clean and great room.

Breakfast options great; dinner at EVEN hotel side was delicious & so convenient at a good price. Parking needs greater attention-especially for those of us staying a week or more! Insufficient number of handicap spaces & assistance w luggage. Ordeal when garage is full. Street construction brought absence of hot water at random intervals during various days!! Never heard from manager. Milton was the most caring & helpful staff there. We paid for 3 week-long rooms & now will look elsewhere for our return.
