Hotel room picture provided are not same. Bathroom is worst, not cleaned. No hot water facility, Ac was not functioning properly. This hotel is not preferable for family. No room service. Food, tea, coffee need to purchase outside. very worst.

I've visited the same place multiple times, but in different rooms. The last booking rooms is too small.

They have launched new building.

Better option is suite rooms...

The property were pathetic It's too long from the main road to the property and when i reached the property the manager told me like we're already been sold out so you can search another stay and when i asked about the refund he told i don't know about that go collect it from the place where you booked it and cut the call. These kind of things happening in the midnight especially from where the place you don't know is terrible and it's hard to believe that after 48 hours of the complaint i still didn't get any refund from the make my trip. They're still saying that our team is working on your problem they will find a solution for it. This is very first unpleasant experience I had from a hotel yet. As a regular guest of make my trip they're not even considering it as i already told them I'm on a road trip and money is very important for me. The customer service is very poor.

It was a horrible hotel. I have checked in at 12. 30 am. But the room given was a single occupancy even though i booked for 2. Then showed few rooms which are not at all hygiene. The images shown are totally different. We haven't seen any good rooms there. I have raised a complaint at that time itself. No response
