I know we try to accommodate every single guest that comes into our building and sorry to hear we failed that with you. I see that we were able to check you in at 3:20PM & you had a queen suite. 总体来说，房间还不错，不过我的被子底面有大片棕色污渍。床单好像洗过，有人试过漂白掉污渍，但还是有点恶心。我直到最后一天才注意到，本来不想大惊小怪，但如果我事先注意到的话，我肯定会投诉的。
每次我们来这里，都是一次很棒的住宿和体验。我们每次来这里都会住在这里。
