Excellent customer service, room was clean, bed was comfortable, & parking was easy. No complaints about anything! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms were updated, attractive, and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was very nice and the outdoor seating area was really cool (although the weather in Atlanta that weekend was too warm to enjoy it). We had dinner one night in the restaurant and, although disappointed that the lamb chops and salmon dishes weren't available, the food was delicious. I also liked that use of the elevator required a room key to get into the building. That was a nice security feature. We will definitely keep this location in mind when we return to the area.

When air conditioning was on it was too cold and when it turned off it was too warm. Microwave worked poorly or was difficult to use correctly. Hairs in shower and on towel at checkin. Otherwise staff was very friendly and is conveniently located on I285.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself was quiet and very clean, which made for a relaxing visit. When we first checked into our room, it looked as if someone had laid on the bed, but the front desk immediately moved us to another room with no issues. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the rooms clean and tidy.
The location is convenient, with shopping areas and restaurants nearby. I also appreciated that they were willing to give us a late check-out when we asked. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

这家酒店很新，所以非常干净。设施也很好。电视画面清晰，而且衣物储存空间很大。然而，办理入住体验太糟糕了。前台那位男士在我们办理入住时显得很不耐烦。在我们父女俩办理各自房间入住手续的时候，他竟然中途去给另外三个人办了入住。我爸爸和我面面相觑，简直不敢相信，他居然把我们晾在那里，要知道我们经过了一段疯狂的旅程才到这里。我路上爆胎了，好不容易才找到附近能换轮胎的地方。结果换上的备胎也是漏气的。所以，等我们到达酒店的时候，爸爸和我都已经筋疲力尽了。因此，这位男士竟然中途去给另外三个人办理入住，还说我们惹恼了他，这简直太不尊重人了。我们刚到酒店，他表现出那种不耐烦，我实在无法理解。也许他需要休息一下了吧。我真的不知道该说什么！！！😔
