The staff was great! Valet and front desk were very helpful and always smiling. The property could use cleaning. Had to request our room be cleaned. When we arrived it had not been cleaned accurately. The shampoo etc were empty at arrival, The breakfast was mediocre. The property was not run like other Elements. It lacked details and cleaning.

The description did not say mention there is no parking, only extra paid parking available or valet for extra charges as well. The front desk staff was rude when I was checking in. Morning staff was fine.

The Element was a great hotel. The valets are super friendly and helpful as was the front desk staff. The room was spacious with a small kitchen, a bar for eating, and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable with very cozy covers. The bathroom shower was roomy and had a powerful shower head. The free breakfast was delicious, and the pool and rooftop lounge area was very nice.

Awesome property! Had a view of the city and the “Sand Bar” that had lots of volleyball activity! Super close to the Parthenon and other local parks. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful!

Staff was wonderful. The area shuttle, breakfast and other amenities were excellent. Room was clean and king size bed was comfortable. The seating area in our Jr suite was a little cramped for 3 adults, the sofabed mattress needed an upgrade, and our showerhead dripped fairy consistantly. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again, but in a larger, more updated room.

We really enjoyed that the hotel offered breakfast everyday (healthy options too) and also offered a shuttle. It was nice, with modern updates. Also, our bed was really comfy!
