Hygiene:The entire place was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedding, room, and hot spring area were all spotless, clearly well-maintained with great care.
Service:I'd like to commend the hotel staff. They proactively helped deliver luggage to the room, accompanied me to the neighboring specialty store, and were very prompt in delivering requested items. The staff at the hot spring area were also very warm and helpful. As I arrived very late, near closing time, they kindly allowed me to tour the facilities first and purchase the hot spring ticket afterward. Very grateful!
Facilities:The amenities in the room were of high quality and very thoughtful. The bathrobes were excellent. I particularly liked the hotel's hot spring area, which had a Japanese ambiance—soaking was very comfortable, and the spring water felt silky smooth. The shower areas in the hot spring zone all had separate wet and dry sections, and the toiletries provided were very comprehensive. They even considered different hair types by preparing two sets of shampoo and conditioner. Items like cotton swabs were individually packaged in pairs, showing great attention to detail.
Environment:Located by the beautiful Songshan Lake, it is an excellent choice for leisure travel and family vacations.
卫生：所到之处非常干净整洁，床单和房间、温泉区都很干净，看得出是用心维护。
服务：表扬酒店的工作人员，主动帮忙送行李到房间，还带我去隔壁的特产店，送物品也非常及时。温泉区的工作人员也很热心，因为到的时间很晚，快要下班了，所以特别同意我先参观再补温泉票。很感谢！
设施：房间的物品都质量上乘，非常周到，浴袍很不错，特别喜欢酒店的温泉区，日式氛围，泡起来很舒服，温泉水很滑。温泉区的洗浴间都有干湿分离，洗护用品非常全面，还考虑到客人的不同发质，准备了两套洗护。棉签都是两支一包装，非常用心。
环境：位于美丽的松山湖畔，是休闲旅游，家庭亲子的上佳之选。

酒店位置好，性价比可以，紧邻松山湖风景区
设施：配套功能可以，健身房，游泳池比较有特色，有温泉主题配套，温泉池较少适合亲子游玩
卫生：干净卫生
服务：热情周到
早餐：有待加强，丰富一下品类
一如既往的舒适，房间卫生干净，床品舒服，温泉很干净，唯一体验感不到的是，在温泉休息区拿了一瓶柠檬苏打水喝时，一位上年纪的阿姨说了一句：“水不可以打包，要现场喝。”我整个人的心情就不太愉悦了……总体来说逸居还是非常棒的！

国庆节本来想看哪里人不多，价钱不离谱的地方休闲一下，无意中找到这里，结果到了之后真的好得超出预期，整个松山湖都是藏在树林之中，有点世外桃源的感觉
设施：酒店挺新，设施都很新很不错，床也很舒服
卫生：很干净，整洁
环境：周边就是松山湖，阳台望出去就是湖和绿树，藏在山湖之中的感觉
服务：对i人来说，服务刚好，很认真负责
逸居湖山温泉体验:游泳和温泉太棒了，游泳干蒸温泉都一起，无边泳池很漂亮，各个池也很舒服，主要国庆人也不多，很安静休闲，有种避世的安全感休闲感
超出预期，泳池温泉池是意料之中的好，水质不错，人不多，性价比高。但早餐要改进，人不算多的情况下，供应和服务实在跟不上，服务员叫了多次都没响应。其实酒店挺适合做亲子游的，也可以建些小滑梯之类提升可玩性。

整体来说，酒店不算大，房间面积也一样，空间比较紧凑，可卫生很好，没有异味，吹风机用的是徕芬，戴森的平替，这个价位酒店配置已经比太多酒店好多了，风量大不烫头皮。歺厅中餐味道挺不错，好吃，相对而言西歺就非常一般。值得再来。
这是一趟自我疗愈之旅，冲着泡汤汗蒸，找到这家酒店过来躺平的，事实上确实达到目的了，外面阳光灿烂，坐在阳台晒了一下太阳，全身暖暖的回来闭着眼睛躺在床上听着周围的鸟叫声入睡，很是舒服。小憩一会趁着天亮去了附近万象汇享受了一顿自在的晚餐，回来换上泳衣去泡汤。伴着徐徐秋风，汤泉园子里华灯初上，温泉微微冒着热气，特别有意境。池子里的水38-42度，泡得微微冒汗，到边上汗蒸房蒸两次再泡几次，这天晚上呼吸深沉通畅，睡得好香！
环境整个不错。温泉和游泳池挺好的。
但小朋友要单卖票。
房间略微有点小。但够用。
其他服务还不错，周边线上购物也算方便。
前台小姐姐帮升级了湖景房，房间阳台景色很美，泳池，温泉小而精，小朋友玩的很开心。迷你的无边泳池，健身房望出都是无敌的景色。唯一不足的就是早餐单调了点，客人不是很多，所以品种就不是那么丰富，多了也浪费。
服务到位，环境好，游泳池水质很好
