Our room had not been cleaned. There was leftover food with mold in the refrigerator upon our arrival . When the front desk was advised the person at the front desk mentioned she could give us a snack from the market and add points to our Hilton account. We mentioned that we had seen a sign saying that they would refund us if there were any issues with cleanliness of the room, she stated that the manager wasn’t there and she couldn’t do that . So we just left the hotel. Very unpleasant experience, will not be going back !

一进这家汽车旅馆,就能闻到一股难闻的空气味,或者地毯清新剂的味道。这种气味弥漫在大厅、房间等各个角落。睡觉时,它会呛到喉咙,挥之不去。这味道真难闻,它到底在掩盖什么?因为那股难闻的气味,我再也不会住这家旅馆,也不会推荐。

臭虫泛滥。痒得睡不好。为了忍受臭虫,我一天洗了五次澡。
我们走进房间时,房间里有股难闻的气味,床单也有难闻的气味。

干净,高效,但早餐有些欠缺。
