The administrator works slowly during check-in and creates a queue of guests. I have observed this behavior from the administrator during several of my visits to this hotel. The hotel is clean and conveniently located.

The king room ran small that we were in this time. There was a horrid every night, all night! It was as if the exhaust system was down or something. We had to keep the toilet lid down and the bathroom door closed at all times due to the smell! If you report, they get the technician to come spray something in the toilet that goes away after the first flush!

The check-in process was smooth, quick and friendly. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel but slept amazing and had plenty of supplies in the room. Great one night stay.

The breakfast was limited. I would have liked to see some pastries & more of a variety of fruit. My husband didn't care for the pancakes. Otherwise our stay was good.

The only thing about this hotel is there was no coffee maker in the room or ice bucket. My husband did find the ice bucket by the ice machine which seems to be unusual and unsanitary.they were accommodating on extra pillows I had asked for. We would stay again but only if we had too because my husband wants his coffe in the room

Excellent stay
Our stay was excellent! The hotel lobby has nice amenities and the room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Everyone we encountered who was working there was very friendly and helpful.

The room was extremely small for the price! A king bed usually have a couch! Wow there is no closet, tub! I will not book there in the future.
