Nice Stay, i stayed just for 1 day, no problems faced. Complimentary breakfast served had good variety. Staff were alert and helping at all places. Well maintained place

it was a good experience everything was good except the TV which was not working ,even after complaining they haven't fixed that

It was nice and met the standards as promised on the website. The room was clean and hygienic. Few things I didn’t like was there was no hot water but it did not matter much coz I visited in summers and I would appreciate if they provided with hair dryer

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort, largely due to the hotel's impressive array of amenities. My stay was truly enhanced by the thoughtful details and world-class facilities provided. Thank you team Crystal Urban Park👍🏻
我去了两次，相隔几天。第一次迟到，浴室没有打扫干净，没有毛巾或卫生纸（幸运的是我的行李箱里有这个），我不得不要求两次才能第二天得到它们。房间宽敞、非常安静。早餐……就说基本的吧。第二次，我在前面得到了一个很大的房间，但是……它与隔壁的房间共用一个大凸窗。公共墙和窗户之间至少有15厘米的空间，我可以和邻居打招呼，他们说的一切我都能听得很清楚。我毫无问题地换了房间，非常完美。 这条街看起来很冷酷，但没有问题。工作人员很友好。一个奇怪的事实是，酒店与眼科手术诊所共用大楼！
