Appreciated the upgrade to the Honeymoon suite 😀. Pleasant staff. Breakfast food items needed to be refilled at 8am. Temperature of the room was perfect. Cleaning was not thorough as a Remembrance Day poppy from a previous guest was behind the leg of the bed. Other than that the room appeared clean. Enjoyed the comfortable seating, in-room hot tub and fireplace very much.

Large mouse, possibly rat in hotel room.
Room was not very clean and had open drinks left in cupboard.
Was given a different room but no other compensation.
No where to sit with family in breakfast area.

Great place for the families with children. Friendly staff, pool and with water slide and hot tub. Older hotel, would recommend going at non-high season for better prices. Situated in a parking lot near gas stations, grocery store and chain restaurants. Convenient, no-fuss stay. Kitchenette is nice.

这家酒店使用低气味或无气味的清洁产品，这真是个巨大的进步！很多人对清洁剂中那些不必要的香精过敏，而香精并不能让床单或房间更干净。感谢酒店能有先见之明，淘汰掉这些会对许多人健康造成影响的产品。
这其实是一个简单且零成本的改进。还记得以前房间里总有烟味吗？现在没了，这对您和您的孩子都好多了。同理，让房间闻起来像马桶清洁剂也一样糟糕。
再次感谢酒店淘汰了这些产品，清新的空气真的好太多了！
房间还行，但我预订的时候特意要求了一间离电梯远点的房间，就为了避开噪音！因为我们带着两岁的女儿，希望能玩了一天之后能睡个好觉。可酒店却给了我们一间在泳池旁边，还在楼梯口的房间！我女儿一直哭到半夜，就因为房间外面太吵了。
整体来说不错，就是隔音稍微差了点。早餐很好吃，而且酒店位置也很好，旁边有麦当劳，还有很多餐馆和杂货店。
酒店非常干净，而且位于市中心。
