The room was clean. A card and mints on the pillow. The staff my entire stay went above and beyond. They were kind and hospitality was top notch.

Staff was extremely kind - particularly the person who checked us out on the morning of the 18th. That young lady was thoughtful and even took the time to help me get some ice.
