酒店整体还是很新的,订的套房也比较大,还有厨房里面配备了炉灶等等。附近还有个大型shoping mall。
位置方便,酒店比较新,服务也不错,但是隔音不好,早上很早就醒了,楼上有小孩跑来跑去. 厨房和餐桌设计紧凑.
我们一家五口住,房间大小正合适。酒店房间很干净,员工也非常友好。如果早餐能有更多选择就更好了。
酒店地理位置优越,住得很舒适,早餐也很棒。不过,在我们入住期间没有提供客房清洁服务,这有点让人失望。
房间宽敞干净!住得很舒服。酒店里还有自助洗衣房,很方便。

首先,停车费每晚22美元。
我们入住后,上楼回到房间,发现房间很脏!地板、马桶、洗手池、淋浴间的地板和墙壁上都是头发/**!根本就不干净!我们甚至怀疑他们到底换不换床单和被子……!
我们还听到楼上和走廊里整天整夜都有巨大的撞击声和噪音。不知道是怎么回事?
退房很混乱。酒店有一个“快速退房”的箱子,所以我们用app办理了退房,把房间钥匙扔进了前台的箱子里。前台的女士看到我们去扔钥匙,直到我们扔完才开口,粗鲁地告诉我们不能这么做,现在我们不能用钥匙离开他们的停车场了。客户服务很差。
幸好我们只住了一晚,而不是连续住几晚,因为绝对不值得。
这家酒店现代、干净、漂亮,服务一流,地理位置优越,靠近机场、购物中心、市中心和几家不错的商店。离西雅图市中心也很近。早餐很棒。我还会再来这里住几天。
