房间内的空调声音很大而且无法关闭，服务员说那是通风设施，新风系统不能关，因为窗户是全封闭的只靠这个来换气，十分影响睡眠，投诉到经理没人响应都说必须不能关没办法，最后一个夜班男生把电源关了才解决问题，还好外间不是很冷能凑合一晚，一路走S KY line住的酒店，都是这个风格，但是这家尤其突出，只有格力空调的那家很安静，其他都是通用的

Nice and spacious room with kitchenette. Nice bed.
Noisy air conditioning, but maybe we could have got help with it if we asked.
Good breakfast with many kinds of yogurt.
I would stay there again.

The lady at front desk that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. We had to change rooms due to a smell in the room she was very helpful.

Liked the accommodations very much. Better than I expected. When we got to the breakfast, many items were sustainably sourced …. Which means farmed raised, hormone injected and bioengineered food products. Farms in the area are grass fed, nature raised, etc….maybe you should use them instead of chemically added, cancer causing additives that are sustainably sourced.

Very nice hotel. Apparently pet-friendly means there's a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Other pet owners didn't abide by the rules, allowing their dogs to howl, being alone and all. Clean and comfortable otherwise.

Very warm reception at check-in. We have stayed here multiple times. It is always clean and super convenient right off of the interstate. Breakfast was really tasty on checkout and included.

What I didn’t like is the date went to what they originally had posted after I changed dates I needed. Once I hit submit it was too late. They wouldn’t change the date for more or refund my money. Poor customer support

Lots of room and the breakfast was amazing. Wish we had time to sit around the fire pit outside but didn't have time on this trip.

Jenna was very helpful on check-in, with an excellent restaurant recommendation (Food&Friends). Pleasant staff at checkout, went extra mile to find me a Greenbrier Valley guide. Food was excellent variety and well-stocked. Room was very clean and nice decor. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a much longer stay with a full size refrigerator, large microwave and a dishwasher!
