I really enjoy staying at sleep inn. Let me start off with the staff in the front desk, they are super helpful and nice. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained. The breakfast is also really good and the hotel is quiet during the nightime. If you are looking for clean and not too pricy hotels sleep inn is great

The grounds not kept up, lobby foul smell. Did not eat their, good restaurants around and near shopping what we were there for

Good morning the service was really good my room stink the refrigerator did not get cold overall it was okay I really had no other complaints cuz we had stayed there before but this time it was just okay

Our two-night stay was extremely disappointing. The room was never cleaned, and when we asked for fresh towels, we were told to pick them up at the front desk. When we went down, we were told there were no towels available and were questioned about whether we had even asked for them. We were told to come back in the morning, but the same thing happened again — no towels and the same dismissive response. For the price we paid, the lack of basic service and protessionalism was unacceptable.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the mall, food and other amenities. The staff was very friendly upon check in and check out.

Front desk staff were overall pleasant. Latisa was extremely kind and helpful! They were short staffed so no housekeeping/cleaning was available for my 3 night stay. There was a language barrier that did not allow housekeeping to be helpful for questions etc., unfortunately.

服务态度很好，很干净卫生。好像还可以带狗狗进酒店。这真好，就是飞机怎么可以把狗狗从中国带过去是个问题。
房间价位跟其他酒店的比起来，这个很新很新的，停车场也够大，主要是新住起来比较舒服
他们只有一天没打扫，厕纸架坏了，毛巾也不是每天都换。
不过，这里很干净，而且工作人员也很友善。
感觉他们还在完善中，所以这里具备成为一家优秀旅舍的所有条件。
