It is recommended due hygiene reasons following the recent pandemic. We also provide daily housekeeping service, and the amenities will be replaced daily. Should more amenities be needed during your stay, please contact our 24/7 staff for assistance. For the luggage rack, we will discuss this within our management team for improvement in the future. However, we noticed that our staff were able to move other reservations so you can stay in the same room for the entire stay. For room service, we have daily housekeeping available. We apologize if your coffee/tea was not replenished. We offer 24/7 staff, therefore, should additional amenities be needed, please do not hesitate to let us know. Thank you.
