Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was large with nice appliances. Staircase was literally falling apart. Pool was greenish/brown, laundry facility out of order- empty boxes all over the main lobby. No phone in the room, tv didn’t work, hot water didn’t exist- “clean bed” had hairs on the sheets, didn’t even try to clean the chair in front of the TV- full of dust and peanut shells, only one small trash can in the bathroom, only one security camera per hallway (no idea if they even work) and surprise- a $100 security deposit required. If I hadn’t been exhausted for being on the road for 9 hours I’d have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else.

Bad stay
I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool and a breakfast bufett, which they didnt have either when I arrived because yhey were doing renovations. They should put a notice on thier online website so people can see that before they pay for thier reservations. The room was very unmaintience. It had a cracked mirror, the front of the microwave was broke, the tub had paint stains in it and the molding around it had big indented scratch marks, the latch to the entrance door was broke off. Just a poor looking room and no extras with this stay like swimming or work out room as advertized.

My request was not granted, rooms only had two old stained dingy towels and the front door and bathroom door were stained and old. We had to request the room to be changed because it has roaches and big red ants! I had originally requested my rooms to be next to each other and we were given rooms on different floors and opposite ends. The property states it has a swimming pool and it was not available to use since it was simply filthy. Just very disappointed after a long drive with my kids.

Huge parking lot pot holes. No bar. No breakfast. Both described when booking. No water no shower curtain no remote to the tv, floors dirty, room smells of turpentine, booked a king got 2 double beds, rude staff.

Bedbugs, mold, poor customer, service, a brown pool, and no hot water made for our stay. Also, smoke detector was covered with tape that has been on for so long it would not come off without damaging the wall. The people at the counter refused to refund and cancel our reservation after check-in. Do not book this hotel room! Pictures attached!
