The property was nice and the cabin was a good size. I liked that it had a full sized oven. Shower was a bit temperamental though. One thing that was a let down was the lack of good customer service by the reception staff. It put a bit of a sour note on my stay.

A grubby shoebox.
Cramped bedrooms. Very limited space for luggage and clothes. Dust and grime on shelves and around carpet near walls. Floor unwashed. Rusty shower rail mould in bathroom. Conditioner unit old and very loud. The place was tired.

Love the set up all the cabins surrounding the kids play . Kids had plenty to do in between the wet weather best spot , next to the pillow

We booked into the non ensuite cabin, and the staff kindly upgraded us to the ensuite one. Unexpected and appreciated. All staff were lovely and facilities were good.

It was wonderful staying at the property. Their amenities were excellent...only suggestion is to include drinking water in the cabins and increase the food options within the property. We had to go to main market down the street to get the food, however, overall it was wonderful staying there.

We booked a standard cabin. It was very old cabin and the flooring, sofa and kitchen are very old and not clean.
Toilet was blocked in the second day and we moved to another cabin. Wifi has no connectivity in our room.
It was terrible experience and will never go back to this place.

Staff and rooms smells like Dettol
Never staying there again, the room smells like Dettol the whole we stayed there.
Plus i paid extra for my 1 kid because i didn’t inform them in advance, even the room had 3 Bed they said its for 2 people only, terrible experience with the staff.
But the park had alot of activity for the kids.

Our staff did their best to explain this to you and that you had only booked for 2 people and not added your children, you did have a 4 berth though. I have taken it on board with the Dettol smell and will take it up with housekeeping, thank you for talking about the activities.
