The remaining wedding sign, tape marks, and sticky floor are certainly not acceptable, and we have already reminded our housekeeping team to pay closer attention to detail to ensure every guestroom is thoroughly inspected before arrival.Regarding the noise you experienced at night, we understand how disruptive it must have been. The early lawn maintenance work you mentioned was actually due to the property’s location near the monorail area. Unfortunately, such maintenance can only be performed during hours when the monorail is not in operation for safety reasons. That said, we recognize the inconvenience this caused and are coordinating with the maintenance team to better minimize the impact on our guests in the future.We also apologize for the issues with the bathroom ventilation and showerhead.
