我和我的朋友经常来这里——根据我们的经验，这家店总是超出预期，提供优质服务。
隔音太差了。服务员可能是新来的。携程付过之后跟我要押金。要完押金退房之后。押金没退又刷了一笔。还要打电话过去找经理。虽然钱退了。但是没有一句道歉或者不好意思的感觉。可能这事儿常干。非常不专业
