前台小姐姐很可爱,办事效率非常高,如果来新加坡旅行的住这间酒店性价比还是很不错的。楼下就是一条餐馆,吃喝都不愁了😁
环境差到离谱,国内四线城市50块一晚那种,要价1600+rmb,床单像有人尿上面了,天花板像被炮轰了,沙发床掀开一层床单好像有人拉上面了,地上都是不知名棕色污渍,蚂蚁满地爬,半夜被痒醒,打开空调好像刮北风了,裸露的水管和窗沿上全是灰,忍了一晚直接拖行李跑路,也不给退款,打扫卫生的人满脸活人微亖,自己光着黑乎乎的脚底板满哪乱窜,酒店是介绍工业风,但没让你真把工业区搬进来吧,早点倒闭吧,大家狠狠避雷!!!!!
床单皱皱巴巴根本不是新的,上个房客睡晚继续睡,你就睡吧一睡一个不吱声,我家狗住的都比这好
100% 不推荐入住!
我们预订了3位成人入住5晚,结果一晚都没住。如果你正在寻找一家有蚂蚁(所有表面、毛巾和床上都有)、霉菌、发臭的房间和灰尘的酒店,那么你找对地方了。我们根本无法睡在床上,因为床已经被蚂蚁占领了。
我们要求换房,结果发现所有房间都有蚂蚁。最后一间没有蚂蚁的房间门锁却是坏的。我们不得不在半夜出去另找酒店,Calmo 酒店也没有退款给我们。
我给酒店客服发了邮件,他们回复说接到投诉后做了深度清洁和害虫防治。难道他们需要客人提醒才做这些吗?我宁愿睡大街也不住这家酒店。非常糟糕的体验。
酒店前台的工作人员非常友好和热情。不过,需要注意的是,酒店的清洁度不太理想(浴室水槽有霉菌,浴室门也有一些损坏)。他们只会在你要求时才提供客房清洁服务,但即使打扫过,房间里还是能闻到地板传来的霉味,可能是因为他们用了不干净的拖把。那种味道很刺鼻,就像湿布没洗干净也没晾干一样。但酒店地理位置很好,离捷运和市中心很近,周围也有很多餐馆。如果你对清洁度不是特别挑剔,又需要一个三人房,那这家酒店就很适合你。我附上了酒店所在街道的照片。晚上尤其是周末,这条街非常热闹,会封路供餐馆使用。
附注:如果你看到房间的天花板,不要太惊讶。它看起来不太好,但对我们来说影响不大。
酒店离地铁站很近,附近有很多餐馆,去武吉士购物中心也非常方便。酒店是公寓式的,所以门面有点小,电梯空间不大但够用。卫生很干净,房间对于我们一家三口加一个小孩来说大小合适。卫生间看起来是新装修的,很干净漂亮。主要就是回来睡觉洗澡,所以对我们一家来说,住在这里感觉很不错。
我真的感谢携程这个推荐,这样的酒店在我们那估计要80吧,也许现在物价涨了,感谢让我一晚上没精神饱满,枕头上的那个没洗头的味道实在是难以入眠,洗脸盆上的小蚂蚁增添了不少活力,让我第一次感受到了这个城市的热情,一切都是超预期的。
非常喜欢!在新加坡预订了两家酒店,这家是临时订的,因为不太喜欢宜必思。结果非常惊喜!酒店位于武吉士区,离地铁站、公交站、餐厅和新达城都很近。附近有很多华人,中餐馆也很多。房间大小正好,浴室有冲洗器。每天都提供饮用水,省了不少水费。浴室是玻璃隔断的,小心不要撞到头,我妈妈就撞了一下,不过总体还是很满意!
整个酒店就是国内乡镇个人小旅店水平,环境非常差,床单被套污渍明显,柜子上都是灰,还残留别人的毛发,装修也非常简陋。价格和周围星级宾馆一样,迷惑人,入住无法忍受反复协商不给退款,其他人请务必擦亮眼睛,别和我一样被坑!

地理位置很棒!我和儿子睡了沙发床,结果第二天早上我们俩都起了皮疹。我们入住的第一晚,酒店给了我们一间与我预订的房间不同的房间。我们被告知第二天上午11点去前台换房,但我们等了整整三个小时才住进我们预订的那间房。这影响了我们当天的行程安排。不过,我还是很满意Trip.com提供的支持。
尽管取消理由很充分,但酒店不允许我们取消预订。我们联系了所有能想到的人,但他们仍然不予考虑。再也不会住这家酒店了,因为他们不退款。员工也不是很乐于助人。好在携程给了我一些旅行金作为补偿,但这对于一个没人会用的无用预订来说,还是远远不够的。
