The best part of the check in was Tammy at the front desk. We arrived late and she was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Jaime at the bar couldn't have been more friendlier while catching a few minutes of the NBA game. The morning staff was helpful as well. Texas Tech is a short Uber drive or walk away.
The only ding I’d say is it would be great if Marriott provided a shuttle to the Texas Tech area. Definitely recommend staying here for your next visit to the Lubbock/Texas Tech area.

The design of the very large room was wonderful. The tv swivel is brilliant
The room was like a small apartment and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful
Only complaint is there was a small amount of hair in the shower wall

I love staying here. It’s convenient to the Tx Tech campus when I go to see my son play football. I don’t like the price gouging they do. There is no reason a night in Lubbock, Texas should be upwards of $200. The hotel is nice but not that nice. I know all about supply and demand but it really is ridiculous.

Front desk was helpfull, breakfast was late, room was ok. Property’s side doors did NOT unlock with our digital key - requiring us to carry heavy cooler taking to our room! And $4.00 per night parking fee - that’s a called Nickel and diming!
