我和妻子于2025年2月17日入住查尔斯顿机场万豪酒店及会议中心，不幸的是，这是我们入住万豪酒店以来最令人失望的体验之一。作为万豪的常客和忠实的白金会员，我们期望获得一定水平的服务和专业精神，但这家酒店远远低于我们的预期。
早班前台接待员态度极其恶劣，缺乏职业应有的礼仪。她冷漠无礼，丝毫不尊重我们的白金会员身份。尽管我们享有下午2点退房的会员权益，她却拒绝满足我们的要求。更糟糕的是，客房服务人员在退房前三次敲门并拨打房间电话，这既令人反感又完全没有必要。
