Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill Suites. Staff were all very friendly. The room was very nice, shower had plenty of water pressure, bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was probably the fastest we've ever seen in any hotel. The hotel seems to be in a very nice area, close to many restaurants and an outdoor shopping mall. We were going to a show at the Funny Bone comedy club about 1/2 mile away....if the weather had been warmer we probably would have walked there. Only reason we went 4 stars was we thought the price point for the room was a bit high, and the breakfast was a little less than stellar....bread items were stale, bananas too green to eat, and the coffee was not good. We would probably stay there again if we were returning to the area.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean and good location. Only thing was the body wash and conditioner were out and needed to be refilled.

Very clean and decent hotel, no issues with that. The front desk staff is rude and condescending. I found it odd you had to go to the front desk to ask for sheets, pillows and blankets for the pull out bed in the room. When booking for a family of 3 one would think that would be available in the room and if someone called requesting it as a guest, they would bring it to you not respond" You will have to come get it at the desk"

This location does not answer their phones. I’ve called three times at 8:50pm on 23 June and have been calling for 10 minutes to reach the front desk. Eventually the line hung up. Unacceptable for a Marriott property. Please answer your phones.

I experienced some issues during my 3 night stay. No Hot Water or Water Pressure at 12 O'clock (Noon). I needed to get ready for a business meeting after going for a morning hike. Maintenance told me that I would need to change rooms but the issues as wider spread than just my room after further investigations. I had to leave to make my meeting without a shower. Next issue, the elevator was taken out of service a fire drill. No notice was given except for a printed notice at the front desk. I had to carry my luggage and work material (Product Demo, Literature) down 4 flights of stairs since I need to make my flight out. Maintenance came fast and was responsive when I reported the issues. I was not impressed by the Front Desk's response when I reported the elevator were not working. Housekeeping on the 4th floor wasn't even aware of the Fire Drill and that the elevators were inoperable. I travel a lot and normally stay at Marriott properties. Most hotels will notify you when they have a planned fire drill. What is someone was experiencing a medical emergency. I never received a survey from the Marriott on this stay as I normally do. Breakfast was good. Workout room and pool were clean. Parking was easy and at no charge.

我之前因为参加葬礼飞回家住过这家酒店。这次是来庆祝生日，结果却很失望。我提前通知酒店我会在午夜之后到达，并请他们帮我保留房间。我的航班延误了两个小时，等我到了酒店才发现他们把我们的房间给了别人，我们一家人有一半都睡在地板上，因为我们订的是两张大床房，而不是一张双人床。我正在犹豫八月份是否值得冒险再来这里住。
由于航班延误3小时，我们凌晨2点才到达酒店，因此要求延迟退房。前台人员说必须是会员才能延迟退房，我明明是会员，他们又说必须是银卡或金卡会员。我才住10个小时，却飞了26个小时，这难道不是一种基本的礼貌吗？简直令人无法接受。
