Beds were comfortable, spacious room, the breakfast was great! Lots of options and the attendants kept it filled! They did a great job with lots of people staying there.

这家酒店的总经理（亚伦）态度傲慢、粗鲁，而且带有歧视性。他从未就给我带来的不便或用对待员工的语气跟我说话向我道歉。当我告诉他我以后不会再住这家酒店时，他竟然只回了一句“好的”。我从事客户服务工作一辈子，很早就明白，当顾客表示要换一家酒店时，你必须竭尽全力挽留他们。客户维系是客户服务的重中之重。这家伙是怎么当上经理的，真是令人费解，但有一点你不用猜：选另一家酒店吧。因为如果你选了这家酒店，而且需要跟经理沟通任何事情，你就会发现还不如睡在车里。
位置方便，但也仅此而已。
酒店本身还不错，最大的问题是早上7点去洗澡时，我们一楼的房间竟然没有热水。淋浴和洗手池都没有热水。即使把水龙头拧到最热，水温也只是温的，然后水压就下降了。看来是酒店的热水供应系统容量不足，无法满足整栋楼的需求。
早餐很差，鸡蛋是盒装的，香肠又冷又干，咖啡也一般。
我住过很多万豪旅享家酒店，包括Springhill Suites，但这家绝对是我住过最差的一家。
我之前因为参加葬礼飞回家住过这家酒店。这次是来庆祝生日，结果却很失望。我提前通知酒店我会在午夜之后到达，并请他们帮我保留房间。我的航班延误了两个小时，等我到了酒店才发现他们把我们的房间给了别人，我们一家人有一半都睡在地板上，因为我们订的是两张大床房，而不是一张双人床。我正在犹豫八月份是否值得冒险再来这里住。
酒店不错，但服务一般。
烟雾报警器整晚都在闪烁，尽管我报告了两次。他们也没有提供额外的卫生纸，尽管我要求了两次。
我入住的两天，早餐都迟到了半小时才上桌。
由于航班延误3小时，我们凌晨2点才到达酒店，因此要求延迟退房。前台人员说必须是会员才能延迟退房，我明明是会员，他们又说必须是银卡或金卡会员。我才住10个小时，却飞了26个小时，这难道不是一种基本的礼貌吗？简直令人无法接受。
痒得要命
第一晚之后，我出现了严重的皮疹和瘙痒，需要紧急就诊，因为实在是无法处理。一侧的床垫已经完全磨损。淋浴水不断滴在铝板上。
