酒店回复: Cynthia, I am very sorry you had to walk into that its defiantly not a good impression but its something we do have to deal with unfortunately with it being a extended stay hotel. I'm also sorry you found items in the room that didn't belong to you this is not something that happens often in the hotel. I looked up the neighborhood and it said that the hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We went to a restaurant nearby and they had Security guard there. It was Easter Sunday and the nearby shopping area was closed but there was Security driving around there before and after dinner.
The parking lot had a lot of trash

Very disappointed
The people at the desk were nice, but the room was not up to par. There were roaches everywhere! Lady at the desk tried to put us in another room but it had roaches as well. I had to end my trip early. I had my 2 kids with me and we had to find another hotel to stay in. Very inconvenient! I used to stay at rhis hotel all the time but its been a year since i have been here so i guess i expected too much

前台给我安排的房间靠近灌木丛，而且烟味很重。我打电话要求换房间时，他却对我拳打脚踢，既没有回电也没有换房间。

抵达时，大厅里有一位女士被赶了出来，她非常吵闹，跟着一位经理从一层楼走到另一层楼。她让最初的互动体验变得很糟糕。房间还可以，不过没有打扫干净。地毯很潮湿，而且，直到我离开前检查房间时才发现床下有一个凡士林容器，它不是我的。酒店位置便利，停车方便。
