我们住了两晚。第一晚,我们的钥匙扣几乎不能用,但我们还是进去了。第二天早上,我们下楼去吃早餐,味道一般。但当我们回到房间洗澡准备参加一个重要会议时,钥匙扣却不能用。我们立即下楼告诉他们。他们派人上来,但打不开门。他们又下楼试了另一把钥匙,但还是不行。他们又下楼,每次都花了几分钟。最后他们拿来了一个类似长衣架的装置,试了好几次才打开门。那位女士人很好,但一句英语也不会说。她走了,我们不知道该怎么办,所以我妻子洗澡,我等着。最后她拿来一个电池组上来开门,但没用,所以她下楼去拿别的东西。那也没用。她又下楼,最后我们接到电话,说他们要给我们换房间。整个过程花了一个半小时。我错过了会议,他们说会给我们一些补偿。退房时什么也没收到,所以我问了一下。他们说会一直保留到总经理来,到时候会打电话或发短信给我。但他们一直没来,那天晚上晚些时候,我收到了一封要求全额退款的邮件,但没有任何回复。
房间很干净,前台也很周到。唯一让我不满意的是,我睡不好。我的房间有一扇门通向另一个房间,而且他们还有一只狂吠的狗,让我无法入睡。
不错的酒店
很棒的酒店!很新,很舒适。可惜附近有很多道路施工,不过这并不影响体验。
