The hotel appeared to be very clean upon check-in. We checked in late in the evening, ate dinner in the room, and then watched tv. An hour later when we went to grab our left overs we found about 10 cockroaches eating our food. It was absolutely disgusting. When we went to tell the front desk, they didn’t apologize, nor did they seem shocked about the situation. They offered to move us to a room directly next door. We asked for a room on a completely different level. It was so gross that had it not been 11pm at night, we would have switched hotels. However, it was too late and we already paid for the room. We reached out to ******* who we booked the room through and they called the hotel to see what resolution they could come to for us. The hotel said moving our room was good enough. We did not see any cockroaches in the new room, however, we were so paranoid we did not sleep well. The breakfast in the morning was sufficient but hard to enjoy the stay after the night we had.

Room was large, bed was comfortable. Sofa bed mattress had mold, and there was rust on the frame, with a large red stain on the carpet in front of the sofa. The main light by the room door was held in with duct tape.

To get to all the restaurants and shops you have to do a u-turn on international speedway blvd which is inconvenient. TV reception is VERY sensitive to weather. I was without TV for one night of my stay. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Free breakfast was just ok and they close 9 am SHARP

The front desk person thought I was speaking too loud and she looked like we were bothering her asking too many questions. She could have been more friendly.
