Instructions regarding access to the apartment and parking space were clear and easy to follow. Short walk into the city centre. We didn't need to use the washing machine.

City Stay is great!
City Stay was an ideal place for us to stay during our week long conference. Plenty of room. Convenient location. Plus, when we wanted to do our laundry and discovered that there was a problem with the washer, they took our dirty clothes and laundered them for us. I would definitely stay there again!

Bad part. Booked stay at Marino apartments with parking only to find they didn't have any parking spaces available after l had already booked and paid. Beware not to fall into the same trap as me!
Good bits. The appointment was clean and modern and in a great location. Short walk into Cambridge city.

Half marathon weekend stay
My visit to Cambridge was to participate in the half marathon. Marino Place was perfectly situated for a short walk to and from both Midsummer Common and the city centre.
Although my apartment was on the second floor, there was a lift (which was very welcome after the race).
I was also able to check in to my apartment early and get settled in. The Citistay staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment had all the things you would need for a short break or a longer stay and the welcome pack was great.
I paid for a parking space, for which there was an additional charge, but it meant that I didn't have to worry about finding some on-street parking nearby.
Thank you for making my weekend more comfortable.

Excellent property that felt like home away from home. The apartment was very tidy, modern and included all of the necessities for a week long stay. The property is within 10 minutes from Cambridge campus and has plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommend the property.

在過去多年的出遊，我們都喜歡住在這類的房子去感受當地之生活，可是，這一次的住宿實在是讓我們感到太失望了。（1）在入住前，我們沒有收到入住方法之電郵，最後是到到大樓門口用電話才能聯繫上，然後才拿到入住方法；（2）我們一共訂了5天的入住，可是浴室裡之清潔用品只夠兩人1天的使用；（3）因為回香港的飛機是訂了在下午6點，而還房之時間是早上10點正，在我們要求把行李寄存或延遲退房至中午12點正時，對方說我們必須付上每小時30英鎊共60英鎊才可以；（4）在炎熱的夏天裡，房間是沒有空調但就連風扇也沒有，因此嚴重影響了好幾天之睡眠素質；（5）因為大樓旁邊是車路和行人道，所以，在我們已經入睡的晚上常會被那些醉酒人士的大聲說話或喊叫噪醒。
