The Hotel and our hotel room was very clean.
At times it was very cold and not possible to warm it up at any time. We missed not having 24-hour coffee in the Reception/Lobby. Having Starbucks instead made us feel like the Hotel/business desperately had to try to squeeze every dime out of you/us. Liked the "clean water feature" where we could fetch drinkable water. We gladly pay more for "free breakfast" (with real eggs and fresh fruit). Take a look at The French Quarter Inn, where we stayed in July 2025. Loved their concept of breakfast and Wine-Cheese in the afternoon. Staff were wonderful everywhere in the Hotel and Restaurant, Renaissance Hotel that is/was.

水压很差,两天都这样。连洗发水都洗不掉。
淋浴间的地板是瓷砖的,很滑,而且坡度很大,连淋浴门都因为坡度而无法打开。
床边没有灯开关。所有灯都需要在灯亮的时候关掉。
床垫不如高档酒店预期的那样好,睡得不错,但在城里走了一圈,累坏了。
浴室出了问题。我被锁在自家浴室外面,原因是一个非常奇怪的锁,毫无用处,应该拆掉。我去了酒店两次,才找到解决办法,但他们知道这个问题,却一直没有解决。还好我被锁在了和我的牢房同一侧。工作人员给我留下了很不好的印象。我打电话的时候,他们甚至都没说一声抱歉。
非常不错的酒店,位置优越,步行即可到达历史街区。我不喜欢的地方:仅提供代客停车服务,费用为每天 35 美元(应包含在内);浴室较小(更衣区很大);如果在有人睡觉时打开浴室的灯,淋浴间的磨砂玻璃会照亮整个房间;地板上的瓷砖填缝需要清洁(我最讨厌的);房价被抬高到每晚 500 美元,我猜是因为“灯光之夜”活动。房间不错,但绝对不值 500 美元。我们可能会再次入住这里,但不会选择在“灯光之夜”期间入住,因为价格太高了。
这个人根本不相信打扫房间,也不相信早上把房间整理好。我们不得不去前台要求打扫房间,前台人员的回答是“这不是我的工作,那是客房服务的工作,应该是客房服务部门的某个人。
客房服务部门下午4:30就来了,
第二天根本没有提供房间清洁服务。
