It was very loud from around 10-1. There must have been an event going on, but I was not ever able to get a good night's sleep.

今天早上（2025年7月26日）负责早餐的员工戴着耳机，有人试图引起她的注意，但她置之不理。下次她出来的时候，我拍了拍她的肩膀问她要东西，她摘下一只耳机，态度非常恶劣，然后又把耳机戴了回去。除此之外，这家店其他方面都很好。
接待非常糟糕，值班经理态度极其粗鲁，根本不懂得如何对待老年人。我有心脏病，但他对待我和我妻子的态度却好像我们很无知一样。
因为厨师总是很忙，等的时间太长，而且态度也很差，所以没能享用到包含在房费里的早餐。
工作人员对我的态度极其恶劣。我只待了3个小时。
房间里有蟑螂，酒店工作人员却什么也没做。
