Could hear someone snoring in the room over ALL night. The walls were rattling. Staff was not helpful.

Stayed here many times while visiting my daughter at SUNY Cortland. Best hotel in the area for the price. Staff is very nice and accommodating and the rooms are decent and clean.

Very clean, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, nice staff. But for the price (a heavily booked weekend led to high prices), the breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10, but by 8:45, when the rest of my family came down, the oatmeal was gone and they simply said they wouldn't be bringing out any more. They only had dannon yogurt cups that are packed with sugar. The breakfast sausage patties were terrible, and there was no other meat option. There was less than a serving of scrambled eggs left when I went up, and that was around 8.

The prices are too high for this hotel. My room was almost $200 for one night, and it was the most basic room ever. Not worth the price.

We stayed 2 nights for college orientation. Very close to SUNY Cortland. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Will stay here again.
