Overall: if you're looking to for a place to stay that's cheap this does the trick. More than 1 night? No.
Good: excellent customer service, close to Dunkin, clean rooms, Netflix and Amazon prime ability on TV, not much noise between rooms
Bad: hard mattress, must go to front desk for another key to access pool and fitness center, breakfast left a lot to be desired (for instance only cereal was special k). Can hear people talking in parking lot.
Ugly: none!

Hotel was as expected. Basic, clean, etc. Two minor complaints:
1. They nickel-and-dime you with $5/day parking fee. I’ve never seen this at a similar-quality chain hotel in an uncrowded area.
2. Hotel is close to Cal Ripken complex. Good for families participating…. Not so good at night with kids running up and down the hall playing tag!

We had a great stay at this property. It was convenient for our family to go to the Cal Ripken Experience. Everything was new and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Not very happy with first room. Bathroom was not clean. Bed was not made. They move to a different room and it was a handicap room.
When I left for a couple hours on Saturday and came back, the room was not clean and there was no clean towels. I spent a lot of money and I wasn’t very happy.
