Lobby has a fresh new feeling. Room was nice, but the service for a Continental breakfast was above and beyond! Never have I experienced a "free continental breakfast" like this! A nice man (Billy?) greets you, and asks if you'd like biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon or sausage! What??? Can you believe he brings you a plate of biscuits and gravy? AND IT'S GOOD! This is of course aside from make yourself waffles, oatmeal and the usual assortment. Exceptional service!!!

Yes. We were there to visit my mother who lives in a 1 bedroom apartment. The best western is less than 2 miles from her house so we were able to spend time with her and not have to spend all day on the road back and forth. The hotel is well kept. The scenery is nice. It's a little on the high end in price but for me it is worth it. We were able to enjoy the pool and the next morning have a full breakfast not just cereal. The room was clean. The room is mostly quiet. I prefer the 3rd floor because on the 2nd floor you can hear the people in the room above you walking around. The staff was friendly. When I asked for more towels there was no issue she just got them and went back to work.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The bed could use a new mattress as there is a lump in the middle. We will stay again

The hotel is still new- everything is shiny and nice. I slept too late to experience the free breakfast- but I did see it. :) The customer service is where improvement could happen. We initially were put in a room where the air wasn’t cooling properly- during a heat advisory. We had to ask the guy at the desk no less than FIVE TIMES for help with this. Three desk visits, two emails through the “let us know if you need anything” text thread they send during your stay, etc. It’s like they just did not want to move is to a cool room. Finally- he did. We got settled, got cool, and enjoyed a comfortable night sleep in the beds. It’s really the only choice in the area. Like I said, it’s a beautiful, clean place. I just wish the staff was a little more interested in what you had to say.

The room had mold in the shower. Staff could not remove it and could not find another available room without mold. They also would not provide any compensation even though I used Reward Points to pay for stay. Gentleman serving breakfast was polite and attentive.

Horrible experience. Will nrver go again. I spent 420 for 1 night after they changed my reservation without my consent or knowledge. Then the employees were rude as they could be. Didn't wanna have an adult conversation about my bill.. the pool experience was horrible. No towels. Had to go to my room and get my own. The kids were allowed to dive and cannonball when it clearly says not to and the staff didn't do nothing about it. She was rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all. Seemed like she had a problem getting round and breathing so she didn't wanna do much besides sit behidn the desk. I will not be back sith my family. This places employees and customer service ruined my 6 year old autistic daughters experience and my 15 year old daughter... and made my life a living. Yeah.. after I had to hear my ex complain the entire time ... so plz don't waste ur money. Find a better spot

i-arrived late (~1050) on 25 Oct to check-into an infestation of bugs in my room (Khloe) evacuated and more bugs were back ~25 mins later infested in the curtains. I asked for a refund and was denied by mngmt. i-had not spent more than an hour there.

I am driving the Natchez Trace Parkway and searched a hotel not far from the parkway. I selected the Best Western at Laurenceburg because its location was convenient. The hotel was pretty full. Apparently with work travellers. I requested a room on the opposite direction from the highway, so the woman at reception switched me to another room on the other side. I went to that room and the lock didn't work (the room you lock the door with after you're in the room). The latch couldn't get inside its hold in the door frame. I was forced to return to my original room. The room was OK size wize. the mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were uncomfortable. I did manage to sleep. Strange thing was that they included a page in the room with the cost of towels, the alarm clock and so on. Perhaps they had a lot of thefts from the rooms. It looked very strange to me. Another strange thing was breakfast. The buffet didn't include the hot entrees (like scrambled eggs). You have to order them.

For the best hotel accommodations in Lawrenceburg, The BEST Westen Plus wins hands down! That "Plus" means they will exceed your expectations every time! The rooms are large and extremely well furnished. For breakfast, they take your order and bring it to your table. Best hotel breakfast ever!
