Overall, this hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast options were good and the food was delicious. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the free bottled water. Everything was very clean. The mattress was pretty hard, which was not my preference. And I felt like I had to drive for a long time to get anywhere touristy. This location was safe and well lit, with several fast food and sit-down restaurants in the same plaza. I enjoyed my stay.

We were on the road and just picked here from the reviews and I can’t get over how nice Libby was at the front desk. If I’m ever in the area I will make sure to stop here. She deserves a raise. The world needs more nice people.

I ended up not actually staying at this property. It stated pet friendly, however, unlike other hotels this property allowed all animals in EVERY room. I have allergies that won’t allow me to have dander from pets around me.
Most properties block off certain rooms for pets so others can stay in pet free rooms.
Extremely disappointing!!!

We do have thorough cleaning procedures in place after each stay, but I understand how this can still be challenging for guests with allergies. Loved it.
The service was great. Staff was all super friendly. I dropped my toothbrush and needed substitute until I could get to the store and they were super helpful and got me one.
The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the light above the mirror in the bathroom flickered a bunch and the shower floor creaked a lot too. Otherwise it was a great stay.

There wasn’t the usual plastic laundry bag in room & upon requesting, front desk stated it would be a $4 charge to obtain (seriously?)
Also, no customary lotion or conditioner in room; since charging for a disposable bag I didn’t even bother asking about these.
