我和女儿去这家酒店是因为她要参加足球比赛。酒店的安静时间是晚上10点，凌晨12点半，我不得不打电话给前台，请他们去劝劝酒吧里那些喝醉的人安静下来。结果，他们却在凌晨12点半告诉我，我可以和女儿换房间。第二天早上女儿的第一场比赛结束后，离第二场比赛还有几个小时。我跟前台申请延迟退房，想补补前一晚没睡好觉。他们同意了。我和女儿回到房间，她戴上耳机，开始玩手机。我刚睡着，就有人进了我的房间。当时还没到退房时间呢。这吓得我女儿魂飞魄散。我过去问她有什么事，结果发现进来的那个女人正在打扫隔壁房间。她进来是因为我房间很安静，以为没人。她是不是来偷东西的？管理层对这两种情况都漠不关心，公司总部说会回电，但从未兑现。我建议千万不要入住这家酒店，也不要入住任何一家万豪酒店。高层管理极其糟糕。

I have stayed at this hotel

several times in the past few years. The beds are terrible. they are so hard it is like sleeping on a board. I have complained about this each stay but nothing changes.

Not worth the price. The indoor pool was so cold, the road noise could be heard through out the night and the breakfast was NOT FREE. Disappointed and not sure why they are charging so much more than the other hotels around the area.

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived, there was long black hair on the floor in our room. The deadbolt lock didn't work in our room and teanagers ran up and down at hallway knocking on doors unitil after 10:00 PM. We will not be stayin here in the future.

Room was beautiful, air conditioner was too noisy, lights would automatically turn on in the bathroom for no reason, and the food options around the hotel left a lot to be desired.
