Great place for families, right across the street from the Mall of America and close to the light rail station. Breakfast is well presented and dood, and is served until 9:30 on weekdays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating.

Check in was seamless. My room was on the 5th floor, facing Killebrew Avenue. It was very quiet. The room was clean and spacious. It was actually a suite - the same price that a room was in the attached Country Inn. Monday morning the breakfast area was crazy busy, but the attendants kept all the food filled. It was nice to use the skyway to cross over to MOA.

We have now stayed at the Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America twice. On both occasions, we found this location to be very comfortable, clean, and with very friendly staff. We do have only one concern with the Park Plaza Minneapolis Mall of America and that is poor security for those staying at their location. There are no security measures in place, preventing unwanted or non-registered customers/guests from accessing areas of the hotel where they should not be. Access to the elevators are not secure, this would allow anyone to access the floors where guest stay as well as children from gaining access to the elevators when they should be escorted by their parents or guardians.

We will definitely visit this hotel again! Great location! Amazing staff! Clean accommodations and superb amenities and restaurants! Love this place! My daughter and I can't wait to visit again and enjoy the Mall of America!
