床/床单/地毯需要彻底清洁
只需要睡一晚。装饰性的床罩需要好好清洗漂白一下!我觉得它们已经好几个月没洗了……上面有各种颜色的污渍,真恶心。床单和枕套还可以。地毯也需要彻底蒸汽清洁一下。早餐选择有限。虽然我们本来就不追求五星级,但彻底清洁一下就更好了。

大厅和房间都很糟糕,很不干净。
早餐有很多不足之处。早餐时要求提供餐巾纸/纸巾。前台服务员说我们也许可以在11点拿到一些。早餐9点就结束了???
我们知道我们住的不是顶级酒店。我们知道自己在等什么。
我们大约下午5点入住。我要求支付滞纳金。我们当时正在等第二天早上关门。
上午11点,我们以为是客房服务。我们大声回应说“我们到了”。
砰砰的声音越来越大,像警察一样。我打开门,那个人告诉我们必须离开。
我告诉他我们额外支付了28美元的滞纳金。他说我们没有付。我说这不是我的错,你们的员工没有付。我说这样对待我们太不公平了。
他说要么现在付钱,要么走人。
所以我们就离开了,去别处等时间过去。
别再住这里了。
我们只能对以后的旅行者说,千万别来这家酒店!这家酒店脏乱差。香烟和**的味道令人作呕。浴室和淋浴间又小又脏。床是我们睡过的最不舒服的。前台员工的客户服务水平真该提高一下。以后再也不住Sleep Inn了。

因为第一个房间的床上用品很脏,所以不得不换到另一个房间。第二个房间的空调坏了,淋浴也很脏,住宿体验糟透了😔
酒店需要翻新。
房间还可以,需要换张新床,卧室的墙壁需要清洁。至于浴室,需要更干净一些。地板和门很脏。图片看起来不错,很干净,但入住时发现与网站上的图片相反。
