酒店价格近200美金一晚，但是对应的设施和环境顶多值400人民币，不如国内全季。非常不值！
1，如图，廉价感的拖鞋和饮品，没有咖啡，还要自己找前台要。
2，酒店隔音效果极差，房间密集且小，隔壁关门犹如小地震，躺床上能感受到墙在震动。
3，酒店很强势，订错，提前10天取消都不能免费取消，只能更改行程，定他们家酒店。所以定之前，一定要看清楚是否可取消。
很棒的酒店！员工非常细心。所有问题都能立刻得到解决。我们非常满意。房间舒适宽敞，应有尽有。泳池很棒。我们做了按摩，非常喜欢！非常感谢按摩师们！早餐很好，种类丰富多样。酒店还给我们推荐了旅行社，对此我们也要特别感谢！只有一个缺点：枕头和床垫都用了防水套。这不仅会发出沙沙声，睡觉时还会让人出汗。对我来说，这不太舒服。
这酒店在比什凯克当地属于高档酒店了，硬件比不上国内同价位的商务酒店，但早餐品类特别丰富，尤其在吉国这种热带水果全靠进口的地方，服务生都会英语、俄语…
这家酒店是连锁品牌，这让它的可靠性和服务标准都更有保障。我用这个品牌的酒店很多年了，服务一直都是顶级的。
因为有空房，所以我们得以在下午3点之前就办理了入住。工作人员把所有事情都解释得很清楚。房间非常干净，网络也超级稳定（这对工作来说很重要）。楼下有家欧式餐厅，服务一流。
下次去比什凯克，我还会选择住这里！
很棒的酒店，地理位置优越，员工也很热情。
比什凯克最好的酒店之一，早餐丰富，房间内设施一应俱全，干净整洁，到核心区域不远，下次如果有机会再来还会选择这里
干净，整洁。服务员都很友好，会英语，不会中文。住客没看见一个中国人。早餐一般般，如图所示的地方不是普通灯，是加热灯，离锅太近了，害我手把盖子打开时烫伤手了。离bishkek park商场很近，步行即可到达。街边很多换汇点。酒店内餐馆菜单多为土耳其菜和西餐。
优点：
- 地理位置优越，靠近市中心。
- 建筑和室内设计都比较现代化。
- 早餐还不错。
缺点：
- 我们晚上6点左右到达时，房间还没准备好。在我们要求下，酒店提供了欢迎饮品作为补偿。
- 尽管我们要求两间房间都避开临街的一侧，但其中一间房还是面朝马路了。
- 即使关上窗户，晚上（7楼）仍然能听到马路上的声音，这影响了我们的睡眠。
- 提供了两种枕头。其中一种枕头睡起来非常不舒服。
- 两间房间的空调都坏了，遥控器显示错误信息。
- 淋浴水压相当弱。
- 办理退房时，前台的小姐姐无法提供我们需要的任何文件。
总的来说，我们认为这家酒店达不到五星级标准，更像是四星级水平。
帮助同事订购的，酒店的设施、服务和环境已经算是在比什凯克比较好的酒店，在市中心附近，出行各方面也很便利。完全能够满足商务出行的要求。
