毛巾不洁白
千万别住这里!!!我的房间里有虫子。虫子咬得厉害,我去前台换房间,结果一个“维修工”上来检查了一番,什么也没发现。维修工上来之前,我一直在自己打扫房间,用吸尘器吸尘,所以我觉得他肯定什么也没发现。他们说联系灭虫公司后会联系我,结果我只能回去问情况。前台的那个女人傲慢无礼,还试图告诉我我的房间没有问题。她解释说,我不能换房间,因为没有空房,这完全是胡扯。我上网查了一下,发现网上有空房。她竟然从事酒店业,这简直荒唐。她一点同情心都没有,如果她讨厌在这里工作,就应该辞职。我不希望其他人犯同样的错误,来这里处理这件事。我回头看了看评论,发现 10 个月前就出现过臭虫问题,所以不用多说!!
他们把我的预订降级了。如果需要额外的毛巾,还要额外收费。长住酒店不提供炊具。所以,如果你想用厨房,就得自己去买锅碗瓢盆之类的。隔壁房间的家伙每天凌晨3点都用音乐吵醒我。没有床头柜。接待员粗鲁又傲慢。首先。好的一面是,熨斗很好用。我再也不会住长住美国酒店了。
我晚上到酒店,前台竟然一个人也没有。他们的系统太差了。前台应该一直有人的。这是我住过的最差的酒店,我不明白为什么评分这么高。它连一分都不配。
在前台等了15分钟才办理入住。之后去吃了晚饭。回来后回房间。**味太重了,我晚上11点才离开。我的眼睛火辣辣的,鼻子也堵住了。真是恶心。
我的房间很漂亮,床也很舒服。可惜因为味道,我没能住下去。不得不换了一家酒店。真是浪费钱。
地方不错,但没有我们预订的那种房间和床,所以不得不换小床。我们尝试使用厨房炉头时,炉头发出了电线熔化的味道,所以我们就放弃了。
工作人员很棒!劳伦和波莱特非常乐于助人,也很热情!我记得维修工叫吉姆,我之前有备用的,他就像个临时工一样,随时待命,帮我恢复了一切。强烈推荐这家酒店,干净整洁,员工也很棒!
