Second time staying here. Staff is always super helpful and nice, very clean and very quiet. Highly recommended if you’re needing a place to stay around Southlake, Grapevine or even Fort Worth.

Great room. Great service (had a problem with the tv and repair was super quick)! Bar was great. Personable staff. Front desk was not very good - not responsive. We arrived about an hour early to be told there would be a wait - rooms weren't ready. So we sat in the lobby and people kept being checked it before us and the clerk KNEW WE WERE THERE WAITING. Finally I went to a second clerk - and got checked in right away.
