I spent a week at your hotel recently by myself, and felt so cared for and felt very at ease and comfortable. Each person I met, breakfast service but especially the front desk were so kind and will to help if I had any issues at all. If I return to Grand Rapids/ Wyoming and the Town Place Suites by Marriott will be my choice again, thank you so very much. Compliments to the girls at the front desk, each giving such a wonderful personality and consideration. They deserve promotions and / or a bonus in my opinion.

Strange Stay
Wasn't sure why we had to pay $20 for incidentals. Anyway, to get more money out of people.
Also, no TV service. Not one channel was available. Pay money and incidental charges but cant watch TV. Strsnge

It is close to the highway so traffic noise is high.
The closet in our room was a real surprise, loved having so much room to get organized.
The lady working in the breakfast area over the weekend was amazing sweet and helpful. Also loved that they had oat milk available.

Staff was wonderful! Very clean property. Close to the downtown area and shopping outlet! I would definitely come here again

The hotel was nice. Beds are hard. We were there 5 days and the house keeping staff would not clean our room. We only got fresh towels every other day. We were told at check in our room would be cleaned every other day. I requested a handicap accessible room but all they could do is give us a hearing impaired room, which did not help!!
Breakfast was hit or miss. The food was way over salted!!!
Some food so salty it was almost uneatable!! Next time in Grand Rapids I will not be staying here!!

There were minor repairs needing done within the room we stayed. Towel racks were falling off the wall/cabinets as well as toilet paper roll holder. Towels were not provided one of the 4 days we stayed and we had to go down to the front desk to acquire them. Breakfast items were cold and not stocked properly for the amount of guests that were there. Staff was friendly.

Suites were great and had everything you need with the kitchen. Continental breakfast was great too! Definitely will stay there again when I go back to Michigan.
